No, and be careful with anyone who does. Hosting platforms, DNS providers and networks all have incidents. What we do is monitor the site continuously, keep backups we have actually tested restoring, and respond quickly when something breaks.
Text edits, new photos, updated prices or hours, a new service added to an existing page, swapping a call to action. Larger work like a new page template or a redesign is quoted separately.
Regularly, and kept off the live server so a server problem cannot take the backup with it. The restore path is tested rather than assumed, because a backup nobody has ever restored is only a guess.
Yes. The site and every account are yours. Cancelling means updates, monitoring and changes stop, not that the site disappears.
