Terms

The terms that apply to this website and to work carried out by ElevateXAutomation. Last updated 25 August 2026.

Using this website

By using this site you agree to these terms. The content here is provided for general information about our services. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or error free at all times.

Pricing on this site

All prices shown are starting points, not fixed quotations. Scope, integrations, catalogue size, message volume and the state of any existing system all change the final figure. A binding price is only the one set out in a written proposal or statement of work that we have issued to you.

Third party subscriptions, including Shopify and Cowlendar, are billed to you directly by those providers under their own terms. Their prices are listed here for planning purposes and can change without notice from us.

Engagements

Scope and change

Each project is defined by a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts. We will not carry out unagreed billable work and then invoice for it.

What we need from you

Projects depend on receiving content, images, access credentials and feedback in reasonable time. Delays in providing those move the timeline, and we will tell you when that is happening rather than letting a deadline pass quietly.

Payment

One time build fees are invoiced as set out in the proposal, typically in part before work begins and the balance on completion. Monthly plans are billed in advance for the coming month. Monthly plans are ongoing rather than fixed term and either party may end them with reasonable notice.

Ownership and accounts

Accounts created for your business, including your domain, hosting, Shopify, calendar and customer relationship management accounts, are registered in your name and remain yours. We access them to do the work you have engaged us for.

On full payment, you own the custom design and content we produce specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our own underlying tools, libraries, templates and general know how, and we may reuse those on other work. Third party software, themes and plugins remain subject to their own licences.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show your project and describe the work in our portfolio.

Maintenance and availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Hosting platforms, domain registrars, payment providers and networks all have outages that sit outside our control. What we do commit to is monitoring, keeping restorable backups, and responding promptly when something breaks.

Maintenance plans cover the work described on the relevant service and pricing pages. Larger pieces of work, such as a new page template or a redesign, are quoted separately.

Automation and AI

Automation and AI features are configured to your instructions and tested before going live. They depend on third party platforms and integrations, some of which carry their own provider fees and their own service limits. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, conversion rate or revenue figure from any automation, and we will not present speculative numbers as forecasts.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Where you have a signed proposal in place, that proposal governs if there is any conflict.
